 Our EPC Service - Email/Telephone your property address including access details
- We will confirm receipt and quote your inclusive price
- We will contact your tenant or Agent and arrange the appointment (either to go round when the tenant is present, or with the tenants permission to collect the keys from the Agent)
- If the tenant is not present and have allowed us to collect keys we send them a text letting them know we have been to the flat.
- Our qualified Domestic Energy Assessor will visit your property
- Within 24 hours of visiting the property you will be emailed a .pdf of your report
- A copy of the report will also be sent to your agent if applicable
